Our platform is a sensor-based feeding system for intensive care unit (ICU) patients. It aims to prevent life-threatening complications such as ventilator-associated pneumonia, malnutrition, and acute kidney injury. We recently introduced Nutrition Management 2.0, which is a comprehensive, guideline-driven approach that aims to improve nutrition while reducing feeding complications. Combined with our smART+ platform, it monitors, analyses, and prevents malnutrition and gastric aspirations in real time. By improving nutrition and achieving 100% feeding efficiency, the smART+ platform greatly reduces hospital-acquired complications and speeds up ICU patient recovery. We're currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team. You will coordinate continuous replenishment plans to the customers and manage the supply chain functions required to achieve objectives for service, inventory management, and operating goals. Our ideal candidate is a versatile and independent professional that is able to plan and execute complex processes in a fast-growing and changing environment. Duties:
* Responsible for day-to-day oversight of vendor performance and delivery including due diligence, RFIs/RFPs, supplier bid analysis, technical, quality, and financial (in collaboration COS and Finance for negotiation etc.) preparation of materials for team recommendation to in-house regulatory unit, and supplier relationship management.
* Hands-on strategic leadership of supply chain management, manufacturing, negotiation, strategic planning and forecasting, cost reduction, quality control and stable supply chain for on time delivery of various products to customers.
* Lead the process of supplier management, including managing relationships with key/critical suppliers (product roadmaps, business reviews, keep supply base engaged, and driving cost reductions through supply chain
* Lead the process of supporting manufacturing, including sourcing critical materials and assemblies in coordination with R&D, suppliers and contract manufacturers, and drive production cost down.
* Make recommendations, and drive programs to improve purchased material and supplier performance.
Requirements: * Bachelors degree in engineering/ Logistics or a closely related field.
* 5+ years of experience in supply and production planning.
* Experience in medical device/ pharmaceutical companies.
* Experience with hands-on utilization of current ERP Supply Chain applications and systems.
* Experience improving planning processes and/ or implementing new planning tools and processes.
* Experience with current analytics tools.
* Knowledge of distribution, logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
* Great interpersonal and communication skills.
* Full professional fluency in English.
