About the Role This is a pivotal role where you will own the backbone of our organizational learning, from budget and vendor management to the management of an integrated training matrix. * Design and manage an integrated training matrix that consolidates all organizational learning into one cohesive, high-impact plan.
* Lead the end-to-end execution of Learning & OD operations, including full ownership of budgets, vendor relations, and procurement.
* Serve as the focal point for all Quality, Regulation, and Compliance training, ensuring we meet the highest industry standards.
* Spearhead the shift to digital documentation and streamlined workflows for all learning initiatives across the organization.
* Act as our internal data Analyst, translating learning metrics into actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
* Take full ownership of LMS administration, ensuring a seamless and effective User Experience.
Requirements: What You Bring to the Table
* 3+ years of experience in Training Management or Learning Operations within a fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record in managing complex budgets, large-scale vendor ecosystems, and cross-functional projects.
* Expert-level LMS administration (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a significant advantage).
* Strong data analysis skills: you know how to turn numbers into a story.
* A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and can take initiative from day one.
* B.A. in a relevant field (M.A. - a plus).
* Experience in High-Tech or Defense sectors - an advantage
