As a Procurement Manager Healthineers, you will play a pivotal role in our strategic sourcing, and hands on procurement activities. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a keen understanding of supply chain management, vendor relationships, and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sourcing:
Identify internal needs and find potential suppliers and conduct thorough evaluations to assess their capabilities, reliability, and overall performance, together with the relevant department- procurement representative
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure cost savings and quality enhancements.
2. Vendor Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.
Review and negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
3. Purchase Order Management:
Create and manage purchase orders in accordance with established procurement policies and procedures.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements and specifications.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the procurement process.

5. Cost Analysis and Budgeting:
Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Collaborate with finance and other relevant departments to manage and adhere to procurement budgets.
6. Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, industry best practices, and technological advancements relevant to procurement.
Apply market intelligence to enhance decision-making processes and maintain a competitive edge.
7. Act as a professional focal point for all Supply Chain topics
8. Collaborate and provide service to the relevant stake holder within all departments
9. Adhere and implement global regulation and processes
Requirements: Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, law or a related field.
Proven experience as a Procurement manager or in a similar role.
5 years experience as team/direct manager and matrix management
Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Great interpersonal skills
Experience in working with multi-interfaces in different levels
Familiarity with relevant software and tools for procurement and supply chain management- SAP-Advantage
English- great level
