What you will be doing:
You will provide both general HR administrative support and manage recruitment and onboarding responsibilities. Youll play a key part in sourcing and onboarding top talent as we scale and grow. This includes handling the entire recruitment and onboarding cycledrafting job descriptions, posting ads, screening candidates, tracking candidate status, generating recruitment reports, conducting reference checks, and closing positions. Additionally, you will perform essential administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR operations to ensure a smooth and efficient HR function.

Managing the employee onboarding process.
Requirements: 1 year experience in a HR sourcing\recruitment role or admin role
High level English
BA degree
Computer literacy
Abilities in posting positions to LinkedIn, Glassdoor, NBN
Excellent verbal and written English ability and communication skills
Desired Characteristics:
High attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Social media maven
Advantages:

Experience with recruitment software.
