A digital agency located in the Sharon area is looking for a Digital Project Manager. The role includes managing and prioritizing tasks across all company departments, with an emphasis on the Studio and Creative departments, operating and bridging the gap between Account Management and external vendors, recruiting freelancers, and constantly exploring new tools and technologies to improve workflows.
Responsibilities:
Ongoing management and prioritization of tasks across company departments (Studio, Creative, etc.).
Bridging and operating the interface between the Account Management department and the execution teams/external vendors.
Recruiting and ongoing management of external vendors and freelancers.
Managing cross-organizational projects within the agency.
Researching and implementing software tools and technologies to streamline
Requirements: Previous experience working in an advertising agency - Mandatory.
Proven operational capabilities - the ability to ""make things happen"" and manage heavy workloads in Real-Time.
In-depth experience/understanding of the digital and online fields - Significant advantage.
Familiarity with the design and creative world - understanding studio workflows is a very significant advantage.
Project management skills - previous experience in breaking down projects into work stages and meeting goals (preference for those with experience).
Autodidact - ability to independently learn new tools, software, and widgets (Advantage).
