Responsibilities:
Optimize new formulations and processes to improve product performance.
Conduct research and experiments to TEST the properties and performance of materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material compatibility and integration.
Analyze data and provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
Manage and oversee material testing and quality control procedures.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in materials science and engineering.

Requirements: Requirements;
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials development or a related field.
Experience in development of adhesive formulations, wetting phenomena and surface energy
Strong knowledge of structure properties relationship, processing techniques, and testing methods.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for materials analysis and design.
