We are looking for onsite project document control that will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documents to ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity.
Responsibilities:
Manage the receipt, review, and processing of project documents
Maintain structured filing systems for both digital and physical records
Ensure version control, proper labeling, and document accuracy
Distribute documents in accordance with company procedures
Implement document control protocols and support project compliance
Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and clients
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or a practical engineering degree
3-4 years of experience in document control or administration (construction/engineering/industrial background preferred)
Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality/document control standards - an advantage
High-level English (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
