Lead full project lifecycle: from gathering client requirements, writing technical & functional specs (screens, APIs, DB, interfaces), through development, QA, and launch.
Manage cross-functional teams: UI / UX, developers, and QA both direct and matrix management.
Work closely with clients to understand needs and translate them into clear, actionable tasks for tech teams.
Build new projects from scratch, define scope and timelines, and adapt to frequent changes.
Ensure delivery quality, project profitability, and client satisfaction. What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience managing large-scale tech projects (not ERP / CRMgreenTxtBg!).
Experience in writing technical specifications for APIs, DBs, and screens.
Background in digital product projects a strong advantage.
Ability to work closely with developers, understand technical details, and push things forward.
Fast learner, tech-savvy, flexible, and people-oriented.
