We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our distribution and search layer - how inventory is ranked, surfaced, cached, experimented on, and monetized across our different distribution channels.
This role owns the core systems that decide what users see, in what order, at what speed, and at what economic outcome. You will work at the intersection of search relevance, experimentation, performance, and revenue optimization at scale.
What You'll Do:
Own the end-to-end distribution strategy, including search ranking, recommendation, caching, and experimentation frameworks.
Define and evolve ranking and allocation logic that balances conversion, revenue, supplier outcomes, and user experience.
Lead large-scale A/B experimentation across search and discovery, turning insights into shipped system changes-not just test results.
Partner with engineering and data to improve latency, reliability, and scalability under peak traffic.
Set and own core distribution KPIs (e.g., conversion, revenue per search, latency, experiment velocity).
Make hard tradeoff decisions and clearly communicate rationale to leadership and our partners across us.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management, with experience in search, ranking, marketplaces, or large-scale consumer systems.
Data-driven decision-making with a proven ability to analyze complex systems and define clear paths to improvement.
Strong intuition for experimentation design, metric integrity, and causal reasoning.
Fully embrace GenAI tools in your own workflow and as product solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration, capable of working effectively across different teams and functions in a fast-paced environment.
