We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Admin. In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by handling administrative tasks, ensuring efficient sales operations, and contributing to the team's overall success.
The Sales Operations Admin will maintain accurate sales records, coordinate sales processes, and provide exceptional support to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Sales Cycle Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure
Customer & Meeting Admin: Communicate with customers, schedule meetings, and follow up on next steps and summaries
Salesforce Management: Constantly monitor and update customer contacts, action items, and deal status to ensure data accuracy
Deal Validation: Manage the approval flow and verify all necessary documentation (Contracts, SOW, LOE, PO) for closing deals
Reporting: Generate periodic reports and handle ad-hoc reporting requests
Requirements: Proven experience in a sales administration or related role
At least 2 years of experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, working with multiple interfaces and multitasking
Basic understanding of sales processes and tech terminolog.
Independent, organized, and precise
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
High level of Hebrew and English - reading, writing, and verbal
