Required OD Business Partner
As an OD Business Partner, you will be:
Design and deliver OD&L programs that enhance leadership capability, employee engagement and career development
Lead, design and implement innovative OD solutions that address current and future business needs
Facilitate and implement change management and talent development initiatives
Design and facilitate offsites and team-building exercises and workshops
Conduct organizational assessments and surveys to identify key areas for improvement, recommending actionable solutions.
Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to assess organizational needs and provide strategic solutions
Infuse creativity and innovation into learning solutions to enhance the effectiveness of development programs, develop team-building exercises, and workshops.
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of programs, while performing analysis, surveys and organizational assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements: If you have:
3-4 years of relevant OD experience in a fast-paced environment
High level of English proficiency
Masters degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing successful organizational development strategies and building programs from scratch
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Strong understanding of best practices and emerging trends in the high-tech industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with various stakeholders
Training and facilitation skills
