We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation for our B2B platform customers.
This is a pure individual contributor role.
You will be fully responsible for turning our positioning and value into real market demand, measured by one thing only: qualified meetings and pipeline creation.
What You Will Do:
Own end-to-end demand generation for B2B platform customers.
Build, test, and refine messaging for a complex infrastructure product.
Plan and execute fast, experiment-driven campaigns across multiple channels.
Create marketing assets independently: copy, short-form video, landing pages.
Use AI tools daily for ideation, content creation, iteration, and automation.
Work closely with Sales and Data to connect campaigns to real business outcomes.
What Success Looks Like:
Consistent generation of qualified sales meetings with relevant platform customers.
Direct contribution to new pipeline creation.
Clear understanding of what messaging and channels actually convert.

Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation or growth roles.
Proven experience generating leads or meetings for B2B companies.
Strong English copywriting skills.

Fast learner with a strong experimentation mindset.
