What Youll Do
The Sr. Social Media Manager will join our Bingo Bash team, with a focus on driving player growth and engagement through vibrant community-led social experiences. This role will be instrumental in building and executing our community content roadmap, managing our presence across key social platforms, and leading campaigns that connect players to the game and each other. Youll partner closely with cross-functional teams across time zones and lead initiatives that bring our player-first philosophy to life across every channel.
Own and drive project management for cross-functional social media campaigns that support both community engagement and product initiatives, ensuring clear alignment, timely execution, and measurable impact.
Collaborate with the Community Manager to manage and execute the social media content calendar across all key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more), ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand communication.
Collaborate with product, creative, to support game updates, in-game events, and brand initiatives through social
Drive player engagement through creative storytelling, community-centric content, and innovative community driven ideas
Monitor trends and player sentiment to inform content strategies and optimize performance
Report on content performance, key metrics, and actionable insights; adjust strategies accordingly and comfortably present findings to stakeholders on a weekly basis
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in social media marketing within the gaming industry (mobile, console, or PC)
Proven track record of managing content calendars and running successful campaigns
Outstanding project management skills with a strong ability to prioritize, coordinate, and deliver across multiple initiatives
Proven reporting and analytical skills; able to translate performance data into actionable insights
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Passion for games, players, and digital storytelling
Comfortable working across time zones and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
