Were looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer whos passionate about developer experience, platform reliability, and cutting-edge automation.
This role goes beyond traditional DevOps youll dogfood our own cloud and Kubernetes optimization products, providing hands-on feedback and product insights directly to our product and engineering teams.
Youll design and own a scalable, resilient, developer-friendly infrastructure while shaping how the company itself builds, deploys, and optimizes in the cloud.
Your ownership will include:
Architect, deploy, and manage Kubernetes-based platforms across AWS/GCP for scalable microservices.
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Helm, ensuring fully automated, versioned environments.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Argo CD, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI to streamline deployments.
Develop Python automation tools and internal platforms that enhance developer experience and reliability.
Continuously dogfood our optimization products (e.g., for Kubernetes and cloud cost automation) validating their performance, identifying improvements, and advising the product team on real-world impact and UX.
Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency using observability and FinOps best practices.
Collaborate with R&D teams to improve developer velocity, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure resilience.
Champion platform-engineering principles enabling teams to deploy confidently and operate efficiently.
Requirements: 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
Proven expertise with Kubernetes (architecture, scaling, troubleshooting, multi-cluster management).
Strong experience with IaC tools and frameworks (Terraform, Helm, and Argo CD).
Deep understanding of CI/CD best practices and developer experience optimization. Strong experience writing CI/CD pipelines utilizing Gitlab CI, Github Actions, Jenkins or similar.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python for automation, integrations, and infrastructure tooling.
Deep Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud vendor (AWS/GCP/Azure), including operation of various managed services, cost management and performance tuning.
A collaborative mindset and ability to bridge infrastructure, product, and engineering teams.
