Were hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own end-to-end product marketing across platform-driving adoption, engagement, expansion, and ARR growth.
This is a highly cross-functional role based in Tel Aviv, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, Customer Experience, Design, and Content teams across Israel and the U.S.
Youll lead positioning and go-to-market execution, turning customer and market insights into scalable growth.
Youll also own product launches and releases, working closely with the Head of Product Marketing to build and scale a consistent release cadence. Success is measured by real business outcomes: product adoption, customer engagement, expansion, and revenue impact.
Responsibilities
Lead Product Launches & Release Execution- Drive end-to-end product launches, from strategic planning to post-launch insights, Own release cadence, craft clear positioning and messaging, and lead data-backed retrospectives to refine adoption, engagement, and revenue outcomes.
Drive Adoption, Engagement & Expansion- Shape the product marketing strategy for high-priority products, Build segmented GTM motions, identify scalable acquisition and expansion opportunities, and serve as the internal expert on customer pain points, product value, and competitive landscape.
Optimize the User Journey- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Growth teams across Israel and the U.S. to improve onboarding, activation, and retention, Map user journeys, uncover friction points, leverage behavioral and cohort data, and develop scalable, repeatable growth systems - not one-off campaigns.
Cross-Functional Leadership- Act as a strategic partner across Product, Sales, CX, Demand Gen, Content, and Design, Lead cross-functional alignment around launches and priorities, and communicate insights and impact clearly to stakeholders and leadership across regions.
Education & Enablement- Own customer and internal education programs that support adoption and expansion, Create scalable enablement assets- webinars, guides, playbooks - aligned to release cycles and product lifecycle stages.
Requirements: 6-8+ years of Product Marketing experience from B2B SaaS companies.
Proven experience owning and executing product launches end-to-end.
Deep understanding of the B2B buyer, with experience marketing to both SMB and Enterprise-sized customers.
Demonstrated ability to tailor positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across different buyer personas, deal sizes, and sales motions.
Experience supporting pricing, packaging, and competitive intelligence initiatives, including competitive positioning, win/loss analysis, and market analysis to influence go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and product decisions.
Exceptional written and spoken English, with a track record of independently writing clear, persuasive product messaging and long-form customer-facing content for U.S.-based audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across distributed, cross-time-zone teams.
Strong strategic thinking paired with operational rigor and follow-through.
Comfort partnering closely with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Experience.
Ability to translate customer insights, data, and market signals into clear positioning and action.
