We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Specialist to develop and manage internal IT ecosystem.
This encompasses responsibilities ranging from employee onboarding, asset management, and secure access provision, to contributing toward the achievement of SOC 2 compliance objectives.
This role is positioned at the nexus of IT, security, and DevOps, requiring close collaboration with the engineering team to ensure secure and productive operations as the company expands.

Responsibilities:
Manage all internal IT operations, including onboarding/offboarding processes, device provisioning (primarily Mac-based), and software lifecycle management.
Administer identity and access utilizing JumpCloud, which includes Single Sign-On (SSO) and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) integrations with Google Workspace and various Software as a Service (SaaS) tools.
Oversee office infrastructure, including Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Wi-Fi connectivity, and video conferencing systems across all corporate locations.
Establish and enforce stringent policies concerning device security, access control mechanisms, and patch management protocols.
Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories, streamline procurement workflows, and manage vendor relationships.
Provide support for SOC 2 initiatives through the meticulous documentation of controls and close collaboration with the DevOps team on access management practices.
Acquire expertise in and support cloud identity management platforms (such as AWS IAM/Identity Center, Azure Entra ID, or GCP IAM).
Requirements: A minimum of three years of professional experience in Information Technology, preferably within rapidly expanding or startup environments.
Demonstrated proficiency with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and the management of Mac-based devices.
Familiarity with SSO, SAML, and Identity Provider configuration best practices.
Proven experience in managing IT assets, corporate networks, and office technology (e.g., Wi-Fi infrastructure, monitors, Audio/Visual setups).
A security-centric mindset and a strong willingness to contribute significantly to audit and compliance endeavors.
An eagerness to learn and collaborate on best practices for Privileged Access Management (PAM) and cloud Identity Management (IdM) tools.
