* Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
* Collaborate with our external SEO team on content strategy, website improvements, and performance analysis to enhance organic visibility and results.
* Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all paid channels, with a deep understanding of how these systems operate and influence reporting.
* Use analytics platforms such as HubSpot, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio to extract, interpret, and act on performance data.
* Conduct market, keyword, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities across paid and organic channels.
* Partner with content, design, and marketing teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and website elements that impact user experience and conversion performance.
