This isnt just a production role; were looking for a social media native. As our Social Media Graphic Designer, you will be the creative force behind our companys global social media identity. You will be responsible for the entire creative lifecyclefrom crafting the initial brief together with our Social Media manager to executing pixel-perfect designs that stop the scroll.
You will be an expert on what works on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok, and youll use that expertise to build campaigns that resonate, engage, and drive results. As a key partner to the Marketing team and Social Media Manager, you will be more than a designer; you will be a strategic thinker who shapes how our brand comes to life in the social landscape.
Own the creative process for social media from A-Z: conceptualize, write the design brief, and execute creative for our global channels.
Develop and design platform-native visual assets (static, video, motion graphics) that are tailored to the unique audiences on LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and other key platforms.
Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Marketing stakeholders to translate campaign goals and messaging into compelling visual narratives.
Serve as the design lead for multiple our company brands in the social space, including our core brand, the Realize platform, our global employer branding, and other sub-projects.
Stay ahead of social media design trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to consistently innovate and push our creative boundaries.
Be an integral part of our dynamic Creative Studio. While your primary focus will be owning our social media presence, you will also contribute your skills to a variety of other studio projects, supporting the team in our fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Requirements: A True Social Media Expert: You have 3-5 years of hands-on design experience focused specifically on social media marketing and campaigns.
A Strategic Thinker & Doer: You have a proven ability to not only execute designs but also to contribute to strategy, develop briefs, and manage projects from concept to completion.
Platform-Native Fluency: You have an expert-level understanding of the creative nuances and best practices for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
An Impressive Portfolio: You have a stellar portfolio showcasing a wide range of social media campaigns, with strong examples of motion graphics, video, and static designs that delivered tangible results.
Technical Proficiency: You are highly skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience with Figma is a plus.
A Natural Collaborator: You possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment, working alongside marketers, writers, and other designers.
