We are looking for a hungry, hands-on Content Professional to own the editorial Betting content vertical under our company. This is a unique hybrid role: you will not only manage an international content team and timelines but also actively build and optimize AI agents to scale production. We need someone with a strong analytical mindset who understands that content is a commercial tool. You must have a genuine passion for the world of sports and betting-if you aren't an expert yet, you must have the spark and drive to learn it deeply. We are looking for a leader who can bridge the gap between high-quality human writing and cuttingedge AI workflows.
Responsibilities:

* AI Workflow Innovation: Hands-on creation and optimization of AI agents for content production. You will define the methodologies and guide the content team on how to utilize these tools effectively.
* End-to-End Content Management: Manage the full production lifecycle-from product requirements and research to final feedback and publication.
* Oversee a team of international contributors across different markets: Manage and mentor the content team by providing precise briefs, conducting thorough reviews, and ensuring high standards for both human-written pieces (e.g., Brand Reviews) and AI-generated content (with human validation).
* Commercial Execution: Execute and publish commercial content strategies with strong betting conversion intent.
* Quality & Analytics: Serve as the gatekeeper for "top-notch" quality. Apply analytical understanding to ensure content performance and adherence to SEO and conversion best practices.
* Project Management: rigorous management of timelines and schedules; driving people and processes to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
* Managerial Experience: Proven experience in content management and managing people/editors.
* AI/Tech Proficiency: Practical "hands-on" experience working with AI tools (LLMs), prompt engineering, or building content agents.
* Domain Affinity: Strong connection to the world of Sports and Betting. If you don't have prior professional experience in betting, you must demonstrate a high motivation to learn and understand the domain's nuances.
* Delivery Mindset: Ability to manage complex schedules, move fast, and ensure successful delivery through both personal hands-on work and driving team execution.
* Commercial & Analytical Mindset: Understanding of the business side of content (not just the creative side).
*  SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO processes and how to implement them in content strategies.
* Deep understanding of the Affiliate Marketing industry- Advantages
* Experience with conversion-oriented marketing content- Advantages
* Prior professional experience in the Sports Betting industry- Advantages
* Proficiency in additional languages- Advantages
