We are looking for a.NET team lead Developer to join our team in Kfar Saba.
This is a full time, on site position focused on leading the development of scalable server side systems while remaining hands on in architecture and development.
Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable Full Stack applications using.NET and C #
* Drive best practices for code quality, architecture, performance, and maintainability
* Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other cross functional teams
* Oversee the delivery lifecycle from design through deployment and production support
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance
* Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including design and ongoing maintenance
* Support infrastructure related activities connected to deployment and application
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in a team lead role
* Strong hands on experience with.NET and C # development
* Experience building and maintaining Full Stack systems
* Strong experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
* Proven ability to lead projects and work effectively in a fast paced environment
* Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, an advantage
Nice to Have
* Experience with cloud environments and deployment infrastructure
* Experience working in agile development environments
* Background in designing scalable, high availability systems
