What are we looking for?
We are seeking a skilled Professional Services Engineer, who will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for customers throughout the post-sale journey.As a Professional Services Engineer, you will own the technical execution of complex deployments, integrations, and custom solutions, partnering closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of for enterprise customers.
Design and configure integrations with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), identity providers (Okta, Entra ID), and infrastructure tools (Terraform, Kubernetes).
Ability to build solutions and understand technical problems
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Serve as a technical liaison between the customer, support, and R&D teams.
Develop and document deployment plans, best practices, and reusable templates.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide hands-on technical support during deployments.
Contribute to customer-facing enablement resources and knowledge base content.

Requirements
As a Pre-sale Engineer, you will be regarded as a product expert and, as such, you will be involved in daily technical operations and escalations. The main responsibilities include performing customer installations and technical evaluations, developing and testing and solutions in strategically and tactically significant applications and use cases, including File protocols, Machine learning, Object Storage, and high-performance computing, at customer sites and in the lab. You will consult on pre-sales and technical sales activities and will work on escalated technical support issues to resolution, interfacing with the customer and the development team. In addition, you will be responsible for delivering a pristine first experience through your technical expertise and willingness to complete onsite activities across our install base, including hardware rack, stack, cable and label, software installation, cluster re-location. expansions, and the occasional break-fix request for Israeli customers.
Combined with being highly technical, you are calm under pressure, highly communicative, detail-oriented, and able to assess and resolve unexpected issues that may arise. You are seen as the process owners for the field activities, contributing your expertise to training and runbooks to enable our partners, as well as Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot the Data solution in customer environments, ensuring it is fully operational and meets performance standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide input on product development and process improvement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices related to AI and storage.
Stay current and knowledgeable of the latest software releases.

Consulting large customers in product integration and design
Implementing, migrating, upgrading and optimizing high-end products in complex network environments
Developing Methods of procedures and low level designs to meet customers criteria
Developing test plans and testing new features and products before deploying them in production
Troubleshooting products when necessary
Assisting in customer production cutovers outside of office hours
Providing product training and workshops to customers
Working in collaboration with sales, R&D, TAC and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
