We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to lead business development and direct sales activities in the public sector, including government ministries, defense agencies, and state-owned enterprises. This role involves managing the full sales cycle of advanced voice, UC, and AI-based solutions with an emphasis on sovereign communication platforms, and secured deployments within regulated or disconnected environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic sales engagements with government and public sector entities
Identify, manage, and win tenders (RFP/RFI/RFQ) from initiation to contract signing
Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, engineering) to tailor proposals to customer requirements
Maintain and expand long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Manage third-party vendor or partner engagements as needed for complex deployments
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2G (Business to Government) sales mandatory
In-depth knowledge of Israeli public sector procurement and tender processes mandatory
Familiarity with voice communications, unified communications (UC), or AI-driven solutions a strong plus
Experience working with defense/security-related customers a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build trust with senior stakeholders
Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal
