Job Description:
Full responsibility for managing the sites Facilities operations (maintenance, operations, and projects), reporting directly to the Operations Manager
Direct communication and reporting to internal clients
Management of a Facilities team
Management of logistics, technical suppliers, and service providers
Management of a large operational budget
Responsibility for monitoring and conducting periodic inspections of critical technical systems
Preparation of monthly tracking and performance reports
Handling work orders and supervising external contractors
Management of operational, infrastructure, and construction projects
Requirements: Proven and significant experience in Facilities Operations - mandatory
Experience in a hi-tech company - significant advantage
Technical / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration education - mandatory
Experience in managing technical and operational projects
Relevant technical background and knowledge
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel - mandatory
High-level English - mandatory
Strong service orientation
