We are looking for a Operations Project Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee and manage operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Contract Manufacturer Oversight: Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets are met
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments, including R&D, engineering, supply chain, logistics, and procurement, to drive project success
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to ensure operational efficiency and project progress
Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to optimize operational performance
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project status reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering & management, Operations Management, or a related field higher degree is an advantage
8-12 years of experience in operations or project management (in the aerospace or electronics industry an advantage)
Experience overseeing contract manufacturers, ensuring alignment with production schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma an advantage)
Experience with ERP systems and project management tools
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
High-level proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
