Responsibilities
As our Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the recruitment process for all open positions, ensuring we consistently attract and hire the best talent for our company. You will play a crucial role in driving our hiring strategy, maintaining a high level of organization in a dynamic environment, and ensuring that our hiring pipeline is managed efficiently from start to finish, while leading and hiring key roles for the company as a hands-on individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Recruitment Process: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring an effective and streamlined workflow for all open roles.
Tracking and Reporting: Maintain and update the status of all open positions, ensuring clear visibility into the recruitment pipeline and providing timely data based updates to leadership on hiring progress and metrics.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels to find top-tier candidates.
Perform initial screenings through phone or video interviews, and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers, as well as the HRBPs to develop role requirements, understand team needs, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
AI Tools & Automation: Proactively identify, pilot, and implement AI/recruiting tools to improve efficiency and keep workflows streamlined across all open roles.
Job Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to help attract high-quality candidates and stay competitive.
Employer Branding: Collaborate on initiatives to build and maintain a strong employer brand, promoting our company culture to attract top talent.
Organizational Excellence: Implement and optimize systems and hiring tools that enhance efficiency, track key metrics, and ensure smooth coordination of all recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Proven experience of 5+ years in a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting position, with a focus on a fast-paced global tech environment. At least two years of global recruiting experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience managing a high volume of open roles and tracking their status efficiently across various platforms.
Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making to optimize recruitment strategies and drive hiring success.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Additional languages - big advantage.
Strong proficiency in using Comeet, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Sheets, etc.
Brings a proactive, AI-driven approach with hands-on experience integrating tools into daily recruiting and personal workflows boosting efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for making things happen.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices related to hiring and recruitment - an advantage
