we are looking for an Analyst specializing in inventory management, COGS analysis, and financial performance evaluation. This role will focus, among other things, on supporting our Operations and manufacturing activities, optimizing inventory processes, analyzing COGS, support pricing models and ensuring that business transactions are financially sound and profitable.
You will be responsible for:
Operations, supply chain, Inventory & COGS Analysis: Lead the analysis of all the business workflows that are in conjunction with building, shipping, delivering, managing, and supporting our products, ensuring accurate pricing, cost management, and profitability.
Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning with a focus on inventory management and COGS optimization.
Business Partnering: Provide financial guidance to business units, translating supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, inventory and COGS data, into strategic insights and recommendations.
Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis on supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, COGS and inventory performance, monitor key financial metrics, and deliver insights to improve overall profitability.
Executive Reporting: Prepare high-impact reports for leadership, providing insights on supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, COGS, and financial forecasts.
Process Improvement: Work to streamline FP&A processes related to supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, inventory and COGS, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting efficiency.

The FP&A Specialist will play a critical role in supporting business decision-making by providing financial insights, preparing forecasts, analyzing variances, and assisting in strategic planning. This position will collaborate across multiple departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and improve financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting key performance indicators and business drivers.
Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results, explaining business performance trends.
Partner with business units to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Support annual budget and periodic forecast processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy of financial statements and data integrity.
Continuously improve processes and tools to drive efficiency in financial planning and reporting.
