What you will do
Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing technical, development, or strategic IT requirements
Understand industry practices and our policies, procedures, and values
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting best methods to obtain solutions
Implement and integrate our open and hybrid cloud solutions including our OpenShift, we Ansible Automation Platform and other offerings
Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet timelines and goals
Contribute to project documentation and diagrams and support cases management
Mentor and share your knowledge with customers and the team
Define and promote the adoption of automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve the cloud life cycle, including infrastructure and application uptime, availability, and time-to-market
Implement solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods
Requirements: What you will bring
Advanced experience of our Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
Advanced hands on experience and knowledge of our OpenShift Platform or underlying components like Kubernetes and Docker
Advanced hands on experience and knowledge of our Ansible Automation Platform
Experience implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, including data storage, networking, monitoring, and security
Ability to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to required stakeholders in both technical and business audiences
Ability to study on your own, learn quickly, and put new ideas into practice
Good communication skills, verbal and written in English
Availability to work onsite on customer sites up to 100% of time
