We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to focus on Hereditary Angioedema (HAE) and Immunoglobulin (IG) therapies. This role is responsible for driving product adoption, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring optimal patient access across Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hematologists, immunologists, and relevant specialists.
Promote our Behrings HAE and IG portfolio, providing accurate scientific and clinical information.
Identify opportunities to expand product usage and optimize patient care.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Marketing) to implement local business strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical data, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with Israeli regulatory requirements and company policies.
Participate in internal trainings and provide feedback to enhance team performance and strategy.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, ideally in specialty care or hospital settings.
Strong scientific knowledge and ability to communicate complex clinical data effectively.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, plan strategically, and manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in Hebrew and English (both written and spoken).
