We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving process improvements, implementing best practices, and using data -driven approaches to optimize business operations. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and support initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support process improvement initiatives across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement and streamline operations.
* Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
* Collaborate with business leaders and teams to design and implement operational solutions.
* Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and assess the impact of improvements.
* Conduct training and workshops to promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
* Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation, procedures.
* Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving quality, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
* Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to operational excellence.
Requirements: Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related fields. Technical Skills:
* Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
* Familiarity with business process mapping and analysis tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
* Strong data analysis skills and experience working with data visualization tools.
* Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams (advantage). Soft Skills:
