As a Software Architect you will take a significant part in designing and reviewing our architecture decisions, serve as a technical consultant and see the large picture of technology stack and its architecture. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Software Team Leader to lead the design and development of a next-generation Air Defense Command & Control System . This role requires deep technical expertise in real-time distributed systems, modern software practices, and a strong leadership presence to guide a multidisciplinary software team from architecture through delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead system design of a modular, real-time, geospatial C2 system involving track fusion, multi-sensor integration, and operator interfaces.
* Own and manage the software development lifecycle: requirements breakdown, architecture definition, sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
* Coordinate efforts across frontend (React/Cesium) backend (C++/DDS) , and integration/QA teams.
* Serve as the technical authority and primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, system engineers, and business managers.
* Define and enforce software architecture principles , quality standards, and system performance goals (e.g., latency, determinism, fault tolerance).

Internal Empowerment team
The "Internal Empowerment" department is the backbone of Teads, aiming at delivering the right tools to drive the efficiency of all our internal teams: Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR,... whilst ensuring compliance as a public company listed on the NASDAQ.

At the forefront of generative AI utilization to automate the relevant tasks and support strategic decision-making, the internal empowerment teams are transversally involved across all Teads processes and activities.

The department is split in different teams, each having a dedicated product manager and engineering resources, and focusing on a particular area (e.g: Operations, Sales) to ensure going deep and having a real impact. What will you do?
As a Product Director, you will manage the team of Product Managers and Product Data Analysts dedicated to Internal Empowerment.
