We are seeking a Head of Project Management to lead and scale the project and program management organization in Israel as part of a global high-tech company. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of delivery across complex, cross-functional, and multi-site initiatives.
The role combines people leadership, strategic ownership, and hands-on executive-level delivery oversight, working closely with global stakeholders, Product, R D, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project and Program Managers, including hiring, development, and performance management
Own the project and program management function, including methodologies, governance, and best practices
Define and drive end-to-end delivery plans across multiple, complex initiatives aligned with global business objectives
Oversee execution, tracking progress, managing depend

Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
10+ years of experience in project and program management within global high-tech or software development environments
Proven experience leading and managing Project Managers in a structured or matrix organization
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, complex, cross-functional, and multi-site projects
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior executives and global stakeholders
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Deep expertise in risk management, dependency management, contingency planning, and Quality Assurance
Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and operational discipline
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
