About the Job As a Product Manager in the Public Safety domain, you will define and drive the strategy for our company's end-to-end solutionscovering both hardware and software designed for the unique needs of public safety organizations. You will develop a deep understanding of this market, identify customer requirements, and build a clear roadmap that delivers innovative, reliable solutions for critical operations. You will serve as the focal point for the public safety domain, working closely with engineering, SW/HW teams, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer expectations and support our company's business goals.

* Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

* Translate customer and user needs into prioritized backlog and product requirements.
* Analyze and optimize customer facing workflows to provide superior Customer Experience and drive operational efficiency.
* Work closely with R&D and information systems development group defining roadmap, providing requirements and prioritizing activities.
* Oversee successful delivery of products through serving as the sole organizational focal point, coordinating all the relevant teams and stakeholders.
