Requirements: **Must-Have**
- **Languages:** Hebrew (Native), English (High level)
- Experience in Technical Support in medium/large organizations
- PC Support: Installation configuration of PC hardware
- User Support: Active Directory Identity management
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience with Cisco products (advantage)
- Basic support for AP Switches
**Operational Skills:**
- PC network asset management
- Local inventory management
- ServiceNow ticket management (advantage)
**Bonus Skills:**
- Customer service orientation
- Printer support (mapping queues)
- Hardware troubleshooting: PC, hard drives, RAM, CPUs, video, printing (must-have)
- Windows environment experience (must-have)
- Imaging configuration
- Office 365 knowledge
- Experience with SCCM AutoPilot
- Meeting room operation basic troubleshooting
