Lead the HW/ATE/SW change (ECO) on new and legacy products and NPI (EOL, Layout update)
Leads Testers procedures for new products ( TEST station duplication / wiring / testing / Validation/ Change update / Support)
Lead the product during the NPI and legacy products.
Leads failure analysis and reliability testing on all critical aspects of product design
Requirements: B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering
At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position
Understanding testers design
Good knowledge with SQA and Labview tools
Deep understanding of electronic design (Analog / Digital / Radio)
Knowledge in electronics components, PCB and PCBA design and assembly process, batteries, radio frequency ( RF ), IR, testing methods, and knowledge in ATE (Automatic TEST Equipment)
Communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation skills in both Hebrew English, must
Experience in matrixed worldwide organization and ability to work well in a team environment, including cross-culture.
Self-motivated and organized.
Ability and willingness for hands-on assignments.
