We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Procurement Manager to lead and oversee the companys procurement operations. The role involves managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring material availability, and supporting multidisciplinary development and manufacturing processes within a rapidly growing, technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies to support R&D, engineering, and production needs.
Manage suppliers locally and internationally, including evaluation, selection, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management.
Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely supply of components, tools, and services.
Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in medical devices, hardware, electronics, or multidisciplinary environments.
Proven experience managing global suppliers and negotiating complex agreements.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
