This role reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager. It is a one-year maternity leave cover, with potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs. * Support and execute full-cycle recruitment processes across various departments.
* Conduct phone screenings and support HR interviews to ensure consistent candidate evaluation.
* Perform hands-on sourcing through LinkedIn and additional platforms, including Boolean search strategies.
* Maintain ongoing candidate communication to ensure a professional, engaging experience throughout the process.
* Partner with hiring managers to define priorities, provide recruitment guidance, and manage the ATS pipeline.
* Own ATS administration, including opening roles, tracking candidates, ensuring data accuracy, and generating reports.
* Manage the employee referral program and promote participation across the organization.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
* Conduct recruitment operations tasks, including data management, Excel-based reporting, and process optimization.
* Support special recruitment initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
Requirements: * 23 years of experience in recruitment and sourcing.
* Proven experience in hands-on sourcing, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Experience conducting phone interviews and HR pre-screening.
* Background in diverse recruitment processes, including tech roles, corporate roles, and multidisciplinary positions.
* Experience in both high-volume recruitment and niche/technological hiring.
* High-level English written and spoken for daily communication with global teams.
* Proficiency with ATS systems.
* Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
* Solid Excel skills and comfort with data -driven recruitment tasks.
