We are looking for a passionate and driven Automation Development Engineer to join our small and high-quality Automation Team. You will play a key role in designing and developing the software that automates Embedded SW Pipelines and the V&V testing process for embedded IoT devices and systems. You will also take part in the development of SW Tools for internal usage and production lines.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop an automation platform for Embedded SW Pipelines and V&V testing process.
Maintain and enhance existing software to ensure robustness, stability, and performance.
Work closely with the Embedded Software and V&V teams to ensure implementation is accurate and aligned with priorities.
Analyse failures to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

We are looking for a Validation and Verification (V&V) Engineer to join our team and play a key role in system testing for multidisciplinary IoT products within our Water Management Ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities:
● Designing a testing strategy, creating test plans based on system requirements
● Writing tests ready for automation
● Testing electrical, functional, communication, and integration aspects of a product throughout its life cycle
● Writing test reports, Fault documentation, verification of resolved issues,
● Participating actively in integration activities and complex failure analysis
● Working closely with the departments of Software, Firmware, Hardware, and Mechanical Engineering as well as System Engineering

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing Quality Assurance activities, managing quality projects, and participating in process and product validations to ensure compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements. The QA Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to support quality projects, provide manufacturing support, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. LOCATION: Yokneam, Israel. The position includes the following responsibilities: SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage ECOs: conduct risk assessment, update relevant DMR documents and carry out necessary IQ, OQ, PQ activities if required, finalization of implementation tasks. Manage DCOs in the PLM system : Write and update QA procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Manage NCR and CAPA processes: Lead, write and supervise the NCR and CAPA processes, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Manage QA production activities: Provide quality support to production operations, addressing deviations and non-conformities to maintain high product quality. Ensuring Timely Resolution of Quality Issues: Promptly address all identified or assigned quality issues to prevent delays and maintain efficient operations. Participate in audits: Take part in internal and external audits, such as FDA inspections and notified body audits based on ISO13485, EUMDR, and MDSAP requirements.
