Oversees automated testing and medical-device software validation across complex Software, cloud, Hardware, edge computers, mobile, AI/ML, and medical-imaging systems to ensure regulatory compliance, requirements traceability, and product quality.


How you will make an impact:

Automation testing Strategy, Standards and Governance
Defines and implements the testing tools, processes, mechanisms, documentation, and automation infrastructure required to deliver software test automation and validation for complex multi-deciplinary products, in accordance with company design procedures, regulatory requirements, and medical-device standards such as IEC 62304.

Automation Team Leadership, Capability and Capacity
Leads, mentors, develops, and manages the automation team and sub-contractors, including task assignment, progress tracking, and professional development. Owns team resources, capacity, priorities, performance expectations, and capability development to ensure the function can meet business and validation needs.

Software Product Testing for Medical-Device
Oversees software-product testing activities and processes across complex Software, cloud, Hardware, mobile, and internally developed SaaS environments, including AI/ML pipelines, 3D processing and visualization, DICOM data workflows, backend services, frontend applications, GPU-based edge-computing systems, mobile applications, and cloud services/APIs.

Cross-Functional Validation Leadership and Senior Stakeholder Influence
Collaborates with R&D, DevOps and QA to design, execute, and maintain tests aligned with software and hardware updates, debugging, and field issues. Ensures traceability between requirements, test cases, and validation results within regulated environments.

Regulated Environment Test Evidence and Compliance Alignment
Maintains validation discipline and test evidence aligned with company design procedures, regulatory requirements, medical-device standards, and traceability expectations in regulated environments. Supports reviews, investigations, and documentation needs relating to validation results, test irregularities, debugging, field issues, regulatory requirements, and medical-device standards.

We are looking for a System QA Engineer to join our team and work on complex, multidisciplinary systems.

This role involves end-to-end system testing, including requirement analysis, test design, execution in lab environments, and validation of integrated systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and take part in system integrations and testing activities both in-house and occasionally at customer sites.

What you'll be doing:
Review arch design and requirements documents for new features introduced in the Nvlink program.
Join the effort of QA shift left towards simulation for NVL7 generation.
Design, develop, and perform tests for the new features, as part of FW GA or update releases.
Automate newly added tests in the existing automation framework, and add new capabilities and features to the framework.
Report bugs found during execution, assist with reproduction and debugs to understand root cause, verify bug fixes provided by R&D team, and raise if not fixed.
Fully collaborate with different external teams like : :product marketing, R&D, and verification.
Define and build setups topologies for appropriate product coverage.

Sh/e will write software test plan and software test protocol based on SW requirements to achieve full coverage and demonstrate traceability. Sh/e will execute software test protocols and generate software test reports SQA will identify anomalies in the behavior of SW and report them as defects in a bug tracking tool. SQA will assist the developers in reproducing issues coming from the field SQA will automate test procedures in cases where this has a positive return on investment (ROI) according to SW team coding standards
