Lead hardware development projects from concept through production release
Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and resources
Coordinate cross-functional activities between R D, Software, Mechanical, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and external partners
Design and develop PCB-based hardware systems, including schematic design, layout reviews, and component selection
Define hardware architecture and support design reviews, verification, and validation activities
Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory requirements
Support DFM/DFT, prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and production transfer
Monitor project execution to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget
Maintain engineering documentation and technical records according to medical device standards
Requirements: B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering - required
5+ years of experience in PCB design and hardware development - required
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary R D projects or technical project management activities
Hands-on experience with schematic design and PCB layout
Experience with Altium Designer, OrCAD, Allegro, or similar PCB design tools
Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design
Experience with high-speed interfaces and signal integrity considerations - advantage
Familiarity with medical device development processes and regulatory environments - advantage
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English, both written and spoken
