Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring production-related projects
Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity
Support cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and solutions
Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
Use data -driven insights to support decision-making and problem-solving
Requirements: Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in project management, production, or a similar role (internships included).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of project management systems is a plus.
