DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are seeking a Data Master to join our team. The Data Master is responsible for the governance, accuracy, and maintenance of core business data across ERP systems, including Oracle Cloud ERP where applicable. The role ensures high-quality master data to support seamless business operations and reliable transactional processing across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and customer-related processes. The position is a part of the Supply Chain department and has matrix alignment with IT/MIS and Finance for data governance, ERP processes, and system alignment. Key Responsibilities: • Validate and maintain operational master data transferred from PLM to Oracle, including item master data, BOMs, product structures, units of measure, classifications, lifecycle statuses, and revisions. Complete and maintain the operational, planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, subcontracting/OSP, and financial attributes that are not managed in PLM. • Maintain inventory organizations and controls: warehouses, subinventories, locators, material statuses, lot/serial control, transaction controls, and material movement rules. • Maintain supplier, sourcing, and OSP data: supplier operational attributes, AVL/AML, sourcing rules, make/buy definitions, subcontracting suppliers, and OSP service definitions. • Maintain manufacturing data: departments, work centers, resources, routings, manufacturing operations, setup/run standards, production calendars, and shop-floor parameters. • Maintain planning and material parameters: lead times, safety stock, min/max levels, reorder rules, MRP rules, assignment sets, and replenishment settings. • Support NPI, ECO/ECR implementation, BOM releases, revision control, and alignment between engineering documentation and ERP operational data. • Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, validation rules, approval workflows, ownership, and quality controls. Resolve duplicate, incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect data. • Support ERP implementation, migration, cleansing, conversion, validation, UAT, standardization, automation, and ERP best practices with minimal unnecessary customization. • Key Interfaces: Material Management, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Finance, IT/MIS, and external ERP implementation partners.
Requirements: * 3-5+ years of experience in Master Data, ERP, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related roles.
* Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP
* Strong understanding of business processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, and manufacturing.
* High attention to detail, strong data accuracy orientation, analytical mindset, and problem-solving capability.
* Ability to work effectively across business and IT stakeholders.
