Key Responsibilities
Assess end-to-end business and operational processes across Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance.
Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct risk assessments and support the design and implementation of effective controls.
Perform on-site reviews and audits at manufacturing facilities.
Support IT General Controls (ITGCs) and other cross-functional control initiatives.
Present findings and recommendations to management and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across global operations.
Travel regularly to Keter manufacturing sites, including facilities located in Northern Israel.
Requirements: Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Risk Management, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Business Consulting.
Experience reviewing and improving operational processes in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related environments.
Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO, SOX).
Hands-on approach and ability to work closely with operational teams in the field.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in Hebrew and English.
Willingness to travel regularly to manufacturing sites across Northern Israel.
Experience in a global manufacturing organization or operational audit / consulting environment.
