We are searching for an outstanding Director to lead Networking test equipment and HW. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of HW engineers overseeing Networking test equipment and HW at our OSATs (Wafer Sort, Final test, Burn-in, SLT). This job allows you to work in a complex, exciting engineering environment handling Operational challenging high performance IC testing activities (Large devices, high frequencies, high power and optical).

What you'll be doing:

Manage all Networking test equipment, hardware, and suppliers for NPI & mass production.

Directly manage a team of engineers.

New equipment installation & acceptances, also improve existing equipment OEE.

Working closely with capacity planning team to make sure supply is always guaranteed.

Collaboration with our internal development, engineering, operational teams, and equipment vendors.

Budget control for all equipment, spare parts, HW and service.

Defining maintenance, routines, and monitoring processes and implementation.

Establish, train, and maintain a robust engineering infrastructure support process to enable high challenges solutions in IC test environment and NPI.

The Software Automation Development Engineer is responsible for working with cross-functional engineering teams to design and develop the software infrastructure for automated testing systems. We are seeking a skilled automation developer to join our team and contribute to the development of test automation platforms using Python, Django, and React frameworks. In this role, you will be responsible for creating applications from the ground up, configuring existing systems, creating backend automation services, integrating test equipment, building automated test flows to support advanced ATE station deployments, and providing user support.
What will you do:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test platforms using Django, Python and Pytest.
Build backend and frontend infrastructure for ATE & validation automation and data collection.
Develop automated scripts for hardware testing, validation, and production.
Collaborate with test, hardware, and software teams to define system-level automation architecture.
Integrate and control various test instruments and devices using protocols such as SCPI, VISA, or custom APIs.
Collaborating with internal teams to design software architecture.
Document test tools and automation processes for internal users.
Investigate, debug, and resolve software and system integration issues.
Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.

We are looking for a highly motivated Product & Test Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the bring-up, test development, and productization of advanced IC products. This position involves close collaboration with design, operations, and manufacturing partners from early design stages through mass production.
Roles and responsibilities
Collaborate with design teams to review DFX architecture and define test requirements
Develop wafer sort and final test methodologies, including test content creation and program development
Perform test program coding, pattern conversion, and pre-silicon validation via virtual test simulations
Support hardware development: load boards, sockets, thermal solutions, and probe cards
Lead post-silicon test debug and sample delivery to internal and external stakeholders
Conduct test program characterization and tuning to improve coverage, yield, and quality
Work with OSATs and support manufacturing ramp-up and production
Contribute to quality and reliability test planning and execution.
