The Quality Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the QMS at Israel site, according to the standard of IATF 16949 and ESG requirements, ensuring product and process conformity, and supporting continuous improvement across the site and relevant global functions.
This role operates within a global quality framework, aligning with corporate procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Manage a local team of quality engineers and inspectors.
- Provide coaching and training.
Quality System Management
- Implement and maintain the QMS in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ESG and
customer-specific standards.
- Ensure alignment with global quality procedures.
- Lead audits and maintain documentation.
- Documents control Initiation and update (procedures/WI, forms)
Quality Culture & Continuous Improvement
- Promote quality culture aligned with corporate expectations.
- Lead improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs.
- make and present the Bimonthly quality report and other report as needed
Customer Quality Leadership
- Responsible for customer complaints in the AM segment.
- Manage complaints, 8D, and corrective actions.
- Ensure APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
Production Quality & Process Control
- Oversee inspections and QC.
- Lead: MRB, RCAs, ICAR, SPC (Statistical Process Control) processes.
- Daily operation meetings on Quality issues.
- Machine Validation for the AM segment.
- Internal audit plan and execution on site
Suppliers Quality
- Certification process for new suppliers
- Annual suppliers evaluation
- Support supplier audits and compliance.
- SCARs, Documents record, ESG Policy.
Requirements: Degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related.
- Mechanical Engineering advantage.
- 5-7+ years experience in global industrial/automotive quality - Advantage
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, Priority, SPC, FMEA, MSA, ESG
- Strong communication, leadership, English proficiency.
