In this role, your responsibilities will Include, but wont be limited to:
Building Operations and Management:
- Resolve issues that require on-site attention as they arise in the building.
- Manage inventory and monitor Opex budget
- Liaise with in-building, third party cleaning and maintenance companies to ensure space is kept up to standards, and validate supplier invoices.
- Know and explain policies and procedures and communicate, inform, and update members on building issues.
- Monitor Salesforce Service Cloud to be familiar with member and building issues.
- Project management for certain member requests and capital improvements
- Conduct morning walkthroughs to address any issues, Escalating any recurring issues to your manager and/or relevant cross-functional teams.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python
Build responsive and maintainable user interfaces using React
Work with cloud-native serverless technologies in AWS
Collaborate across teams on cross-solution tasks, including Terraform infrastructure integrations, CI/CD improvements, automation, and shared code tooling
Contribute to production excellenceengaging in error analysis, observability, monitoring, and incident response
Utilize monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog and AWS CloudWatch
Champion DevSecOps practices, enforcing security in code, infrastructure, and deployments
Stay current with emerging technologies, proactively propose improvements, and present PoCs or demos to stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.
Responsible for retention and account satisfaction.
Proactively identifying and managing risks both internally and with the customer to ensure long-term success.
Voicing customers needs internally ensuring customer expectations are met.
Establish productive and close relationships with key stakeholders at customer accounts, maintaining regular meetings (mainly onsite) with customers in Israel
Seek growth & sales opportunities within the portfolio of accounts.
Develop technical understanding of our products.
Maintain close collaboration with our Sales team as a supporting role, facilitating opportunities while keeping our clients highly engaged.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage ad-hoc queries from customer accounts.
Maintain all information about customer activity within the CRM platform.
