our company Dimona is currently seeking applicants for a Senior FP&A Specialist.
In this role, you will report directly to the Divisional Controller and support the daily operations of the finance department, including consolidated financial reporting across 4 production sites across the globe, active role in identifying and proposing cost savings opportunities, supporting budget process, new project ROI calculations, assistance with audits and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational manufacturing environment and grow professionally in financial management.
What you will be doing:
Financial Planning and Budgeting with business units while monitor budget vs. actual vs. prior periods performance.
Business Analysis to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assess the financial impact of proposed business initiatives and provide recommendations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
Forecasting and Scenario Analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes.
Requirements: BA in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA/CPA a plus).
4+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with expertise in Excel.
Excellent communication and business partnering skills to influence decision-making.
Adaptable, curious, and eager to drive continuous improvement.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
