R&D System Integrators participate in multiple development and research projects of Digital Casting systems, modules and test set-ups mainly focused on assembly, testing and integration of systems and modules.
Essential Job Functions:
Assisting engineers with product and process design, development, testing and optimization
Building and Integrating Prototypes and test them
Design and build fixtures and tooling for product and modules testing
Assisting in preparation of technical documentation
Integrating, problem solving and debugging R&D prototypes
Performing equipment installation and qualification
Leading systems and modules assembly and integration
Performing production systems upgrades and equipment maintenance as needed
Troubleshooting production equipment issues with Engineering and Operations teams.
Requirements: Mechanical/Electrical/Control Technician/Practical Engineer Diploma required
At least 5 years experience as R&D technician in multidisciplinary systems environment
Knowledge of main components and types of equipment used in multidisciplinary systems
Experience using sketches, CAD, etc. to support the design and systems integration
Proficiency with MS Office
Ability to analyse and solve problems
Ability to communicate effectively with all cross-functional team members
Excellent human relationships
Good English
