Smart Shooter is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong capabilities in mechanical and opto-mechanical design for leading development projects, product design, and working in a multi-program, highly multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities
* Design and development of mechanical systems, including mechanisms, opto-mechanics, and miniaturized electronic packaging
* Lead product development from concept through delivery (detailed design, manufacturing, testing, and customer support)
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including electronics, software, systems, and manufacturing
* Work with suppliers and subcontractors

We are expanding our R&D team and looking for a Control & Algorithm engineer to develop next-generation precision motion and control technologies. Responsibilities
* Develop motion control algorithms for Real-Time high-precision systems
* Design and implement control models using MATLAB/Simulink (major part of the work)
* Develop and maintain control algorithms for new and existing products
* Work on fire control, stabilization, tracking, and line-of-sight systems
* Participate in system integration, debugging, and performance tuning on real systems
* Support laboratory and field testing, including on-site experiments when required
* Analyze TEST results and implement algorithmic and system improvements
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (software, mechanical, electrical, and systems)
