We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer or Process Engineer with strong orientation to machines, to join the engineering team at Shamir HQ.
This role involves responsibility for defining and improving technological processes, providing technical support to our global production sites, and leading project-based activities including technology transfer from R&D to production and validation processes.
The position includes global support and collaboration with international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Prepare technical documentation for engineering changes.
- Plan, execute, and summarize validation activities for processes, equipment, and systems.
- Transferring products from development to manufacturing.
- Collaborate with global teams to support international operations.
Department: RX LABS.
Reporting to: Engineering Department Manager.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in engineering - Mechanical, Materials, Chemical.
- Proven experience in planning and executing validations, including writing protocols and reports- mandatory.
- Full proficiency in English- reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with CAD software- advantage.
- Familiarity with HMI interfaces and CNC systems- advantage.
