We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our product organization.

What youll do:
You will work at the crossroads of multiple disciplines required to deliver a consumer medical device, with a strong focus on embedded firmware. Reporting to the VP Product Experience & Validation, you will own and drive the Product Experience release roadmap.
You will:
- Manage dynamic firmware release plans while balancing constraints, risks and changing inputs (compliance, audiology, technology, market feedback, product updates, etc.).
- Maintain a clear, up-to-date picture of status and next steps across teams and stakeholders.
- Reflect reality using project management tools and communicate effectively visually, verbally, and in writing with global audiences: leadership, R&D teams, manufacturing partners and subcontractors.
- Track and orchestrate multiple schedules, push execution to meet commitments, surface risks and drive adjustments.
- Thrive in a global, multidisciplinary environment with a passion for delivering exceptional products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously including resources, risks, dependencies and delivery.
- Coordinate across local teams (FW, Algo, Product Experience, QA, Audiology, ID) and global teams (Product, Marketing, App, Accessories).
- Lead status meetings with internal teams, factories and subcontractors.
- Plan sprints and releases, track KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
- Create release summaries and collaborate with Regulatory Affairs on changes.
- Drive continuous improvement in tools, methodologies and execution across the organization.
Requirements: Requirements:
- 5+ years in a multidisciplinary product development role (FW / HW / SW / ME / ID / UX/UI).
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex roadmaps and presenting to leadership.
- Strong technical background and understanding of system integration.
- Experience working with both Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
- Bachelors / Masters in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Design or related fields.
- Proficient with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
