We are seeking a Global Head of HR to join our executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a strategic partner in the companys growth and evolution. This role is designed for a data -driven leader who has thrived in US Corporate or Private Equity (PE) backed environments and understands the operational rigor required in these settings. As Global Head of HR, you will oversee our entire international workforce, ensuring a unified HR approach across all global hubs and our domestic operations. This is a full time position based in the companys Jerusalem offices. Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a core member of the leadership team, aligning human capital with business objectives.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle for 150+ employees across multiple global sites.
* Lead a diverse workforce, ensuring operational consistency and cultural cohesion across different geographies and varied demographic sectors.
* Take responsibility for headcount planning, global compensation & benefits ( C &B), and HR analytics, presenting KPIs and ROI to the CEO and Board.
* Execute recruitment and retention strategies that support scaling while maintaining high professional standards.
* Implement frameworks for professional development and leadership coaching within a high-stakes tech environment.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced interdisciplinary product designer to join our Product Design team and assist with design efforts across our services: banking, card issuing, payments, merchant acquiring, loan origination, and more. This includes visual design and UI / UX for web-based banking and native apps ( Android, IOS ). In this role, you'll collaborate closely with designers, cross-functional partners, and engineers to craft product experiences of today and tomorrow. You'll work on the end-to-end design of new features and improvements across a range of products and help chart our course into the future as we evolve our technology, product, and design paradigms. Design plays a critical role here. You'll help build, iterate, and refine a high-quality User Experience that pushes the boundaries of what's possible. There's an opportunity to contribute to a variety of ways and shape the role to suit your unique mix of skills.

* Design and ship high-quality products and improvements, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes and visuals
* Partner closely with engineering, product management, AI research, and design peers to define both long-term strategy and short-term tactics
* Conduct user research to understand our users better and inform product decisions.
* Synthesize user and business insights to solve complex product challenges and improve design outcomes.

* Integrate and use our design system to deliver product consistency and alignment
* Rapidly explore and prototype interactive concepts around emerging UX patterns and AI-ready design languages

The Role:
Were looking for an IT Compliance Associate to join our Technology team and help ensure our systems, vendors, and internal processes meet legal, regulatory, and security standards. In this role, youll support the design and implementation of an effective IT compliance framework, manage access controls, assess risk, and guide teams in upholding compliance across the organization. Youll also help shape policies, identify gaps, and drive remediation efforts with cross-functional stakeholders. This is a collaborative, detail-oriented position with room for growth in the cybersecurity and compliance domain This role requires working US hours

* Lead access recertification and vendor risk assessment processes
* Draft, manage, and update internal compliance policies and documentation
* Review vendor documentation for regulatory and security alignment
* Analyze data, identify compliance gaps, and implement remedial actions
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and compliance summaries for internal stakeholders
* Organize and contribute to quarterly Cyber Steering Presentations
